“Holiday Lights Truck Spotting Giveaway”

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID OUTSIDE MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Exteriors by Highmark, 8720 Eagle Creek Parkway Savage, Minnesota 55378 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on December 1st, 2025, 8:00 am, CST and ends on December 31st, 11:59pm, CST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this window are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete all of the following actions to earn five (5) giveaway entries:

  1. Follow the Sponsor’s official account: @exteriors_by_highmark on Instagram or Exteriors by Highmark on Facebook.

  2. Spot an Exteriors by Highmark company truck decorated with holiday lights.

  3. Take a clear photo of the truck.

  4. Post the photo publicly on Instagram or Facebook via stories or posts.

  5. Include both:

    • Tag @exteriors_by_highmark (Instagram) or @HighmarkExteriors (Facebook)

    • Use #HighmarkHolidayTruck

Earn one (1) bonus entry per account for sharing the Exteriors by Highmark post announcing the giveaway to your story.

Entrants must be following @Exteriors_by_Highmark on instagram or Exteriors by Highmark on Facebook at the time of entry AND at the time of winner verification. Winners will be announced on January 5th, 2026. 

Private posts, private accounts, hidden posts, or posts not viewable to Sponsor are not eligible.

Limit: One (1) photo submission per person (equalling 5 entries) and One (1) post sharing entry (equalling 1 entry), regardless of platform via photo submission or AMOE.

5. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without posting on social media or without following, mail a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email to:
Exteriors by Highmark, “Holiday Lights Giveaway Entry,” 8720 Eagle Creek ParkwayvSavage, Minnesota 55378.

Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

6. Prize(s)

One winner will receive Two (2) tickets to the Minnesota Wild NHL game vs. the St. Louis Blues on Sunday March 1st, 2026 at 4:00pm.

Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries on or about January 5th, 2026.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter or via the contact information provided through the AMOE.

Winners must:

  • Respond within 72 hours,

  • Confirm they are still following Exteriors by Highmark on Instagram or Facebook,

  • Provide any required verification information.

Failure to respond, unfollowing prior to verification, or inability to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Verification and Release

Sponsor may require proof of eligibility. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release Sponsor, Facebook, and Instagram from liability arising from participation or prize use.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, submitted photo, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical problems compromise integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or violates these Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any damages arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600+.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Minnesota. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in courts located in Scott County, Minnesota.

15. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://exteriorsbyhighmark.com/privacy-policy/.

16. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to this Promotion.
