This modern development features a four-story, 190-unit apartment building spanning 246,870 square feet, plus a 6,256-square-foot clubhouse. The project also includes ten townhomes with 79 units, for a total of 269 housing units. Our siding install included Nichiha Illumination Panels, Hardie siding, and EZ Trim Aluminum Channels. The design blends durability with sleek aesthetics.
