My roof had some rotted wood along an edge and water was leaking in under the eve and there was some rotted wood tucked away under the eve. It was a small job and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find somebody to do it. Exteriors by Highmark came out and gave me an estimate in short order and got the work scheduled and done within a few weeks. It's rare, today, to find excellent customer service. After calling my insurance company about a recent hail storm, I was referred to Highmark as an organization that could visually inspect for possible roof damage. I was completely shocked to have them at my house within 4 hours of placing the original phone call to inspect my roof. Not only was the rep at my home the same day, but he gave a detailed analysis of the situation, was very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Although no work was needed to be contracted at the time; the speed, professionalism and courteous nature totally impressed. Even though I didn't get a chance to see the first hand work of Exteriors by Highmark, its because of the customer service experience that I will remember this organization.
