What is the Harbor siding project?

The scope of work includes the removal of old siding, fascia, soffit and gutters, followed by the installation of new materials to improve both functionality and aesthetics, ensuring proper weatherproofing and drainage.

Our team will also inspect the structure for damage, provide necessary repairs, and finish with a clean, high-quality installation.

Recent Project Updates

Monday April 28th

Building #9 Demolition begins. Re-siding estimated to take 4 weeks.

Monday May 12th

Demolition on buildings #7 and #8 begins. Re-siding estimated to take 3 weeks.

Monday June 16th

Wrapping up all work including final gutters and windows. Project will remain on pause for the summer and resume in September!

Project Schedule

This project will be completed in two phases as shown on the map below.

Site plan for The Harbor: Phase 1 includes buildings 7–15 labeled "This Spring," while Phase 2 features buildings 1–6 labeled "This Fall.

Phase 1: March, April, May

  1. Building # 15 – Mock Building
  2. Then buildings 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7
  3. Materials will be place outside buildings # 12 & 7

Phase 2: Sept, Oct, Nov

  1. Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 16
  2. Materials will be placed outside buildings #12 & 4
