What is the Harbor siding project?
The scope of work includes the removal of old siding, fascia, soffit and gutters, followed by the installation of new materials to improve both functionality and aesthetics, ensuring proper weatherproofing and drainage.
Our team will also inspect the structure for damage, provide necessary repairs, and finish with a clean, high-quality installation.

Project Updates
Monday March 24th
Tentative start date for building #14 demolition.
March 17th – 21st
New siding to be installed on building #15. The Board will review the installation and product selection, and make any changes before starting building #14.
Monday March, 10th
Demo started at building #15. Discovered rotten sheathing and framing, communicated to the HOA. Repairs are being made before re-siding begins.

Siding was delivered on site.

Thursday February 27th
Open house for The Harbor project at the Highmark office. From 5:00 – 6:30pm residents are welcome to join us for a social hour, project walkthrough, and Q&A.

This project will be completed in two phases as shown on the map below.
Phase 1: March, April, May
- Building # 15 – Mock Building
- Then buildings 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7
- Materials will be place outside buildings # 12 & 7
Phase 2: Sept, Oct, Nov
- Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 16
- Materials will be placed outside buildings #12 & 4
