Shakopee Flats
This multifamily building including retail space and Mallard’s restaurant was a tight site to work on as it overlooks the Minnesota river. Including three siding products, the design was created in a pattern along the river wall.
Jardín Academy
Our team custom designed the Nichiha siding layout for this project. The building recently earned an NAIOP Distinctive Property Award in the Special Purpose Category.
Yess Yoga
A new construction project fit with Matte White Nichiha panels, this building’s exterior is just as stylish as the Yoga studio inside!
